More than the fee, its more to do with the fact that he'll be going from playing CL for a good team to a team that will most likely battle for relegation or at best compete for bottom mid-table spots next year. How Mendes has convinced him is truly startling tbh.

$ makes the world go round, it's not like he's going to China anyway. biggest league in the world with plenty of his Portuguese hombre's around him.

Newcastle finished like 10th last season lol. Lisbon Wanderers will probably finish around there too.

It's probably a PL thing tbh, it's attractive to a lot of players.

Wolves will be comfortable next year and it's easier to put yourself in the eyes of the top 6 if you perform for a lower PL team.

Yeah, depends on the pay he'd be getting at Wolves.

I would've thought he'd have found a better club for his level tbh but Wolves' is practically a Mendes' club and guess he had no choice but to follow suit.

They are really good, I'll be shocked if they finish bottom half matter about in a relegation fight.

We finished 10th this season and I expect they'll finish in the 8th-10th range.

Many don't watch Serie A but as Inter fan I can say he showed to be a great player this year. I'd have loved to take him back .. but I knew it was difficult. Both Inter and Valencia have that FFP problem within June. Better than to Juve at least...

think Zigra said he's gonna be going for 50-60M minimum. Plus Zigra's % on top of that, which IIRC is a bowl of Kimchi, return tickets to Seoul and a years subscription to Eurosport.

That's why I think the rumours of him to Juve are nonsense. You don't need a CB. Especially one at that price.
