Don't start that complete nonsense lol, it was the same stupid argument people used to claim Ronaldo was better than Messi nonsense.

Also it's not hate, it's realism. Fact is there's a ceiling on his performances and talent that the Silva's don't have.

Not my fault you and others wildly overrate him.

Also massive LOL at using Europe performances as an argument when Eriksen doesn't have a single KO performance to his name.

completeness argument matters even more for midfielders. and what ceiling are we talking about here? because im pretty sure the level he played at vs juve last season in CL was higher than anything i saw from the silvas

Ceiling of talent.

He's vastly inferior when it comes to intelligence, technique, passing, vision etc etc.

I've tried to point this out a thousand times, but Eriksen is a player who is 7 out of 10 at almost everything but lacks anything in the 9 or 10 range which is why he's still at Spurs.

There's limitations to his talent that the others don't have which when it truly matters comes to the fore.

But everytime i point this out I'm accused of hating because nobody is capable of accepting this and can't actually prove it wrong.

Being more complete means the precise sum of fuck all, if it did Yaya would have benched Xavi or Iniesta.

Also let De Bruyne how much being more complete meant when he was dominated by Liverpool last year.

yeah the ceiling is that one plays alongside Fernando Llorente and Sissoko and the other along Aguero and De Bruyne Laughing Put Eriksen in RM/Barca and all of a sudden his 'ceiling' will look much higher

Is it a promo to warn kids to stay in school?

Kind of surprised by the betting odds, City are such huge favourites.

Chelsea are horrendous away from home against big teams. So lazy and lethargic.

There's a reason he doesn't, you can bury your head in the sand if you want but the reality is very different.

Also what i said has absolutely nothing to do with quality of team mates.

talent doesnt matter as much as your ability to perform when it matters.

Unlike yaya, Eriksen is puting the whole range of his abilities to the service of the team on a consistant basis, from the number of positions he plays, to his quality on delivery dead balls, passing crossing, and scoring.

I pointed out the the 2 leg tie from last season CL vs Juventus where Eriksen was asbolutely brilliant and played at as high a level as i have seen from the silvas, specially bernardo.

this is again another bias from the possession based football guardiola is playing which makes people look better than they are and puts players in better conditions to succeed than others in other teams.

and yes, teammates abilities absolutely matter

he's not renewing his contract because he allegedly has offers from the spanish giants. the reason he doesn't already is Levy, not individual quality.

Chelsea need to sort out so many things. They have no fight and the relationship is probably broken with Sarri so he'll need to get sacked.

They need to reshape this squad with hungry players that buy into the club and coach.
