Quite out of the blue. Brings to mind all the comments back when FFP was being introduced about how it wouldn't change or do anything. Although I wonder can City file a complaint and get this ban overturned or suspended?

All that said and while I think FFP is a good thing... Does football / CL win from City being banned for two years?

Yes, the ban is subject to appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

So assuming this isn't suspended upon a CAS appeal, 5th place in the PL will be a CL spot.

Which means, as it stands, Sheffield United would be in the Champions League. hmm

Pep wants all his players to be hard workers, press, certain movement of the ball, etc. Ronaldo doesn't do that. the team plays for Ronaldo.
