Not to my surprise, it is now coming out that the players were pretty much forced to play.

Braithwaite and (Peter) Schmeichel have said they were given 2 options (continue today or tomorrow) and even threatened with a 3-nil automatic loss. Pathetic. I struggle to come up with words for it.

The players were CLEARLY impaired by what happened, the difference between the 1st and 2nd half was obvious and there is no doubt to me the decision shouldn't have even been in their hands. They shouldnt have even been allowed to play, let alone be forced into a decision on it.

Its good of uefa to remind us what absolute scum they are after the brief posotive media they got from the super league

Belgium were awful. Lukaku was particularly bad but I don't think any player was any good.

Belgium's defence is quite suspect. Denmark showed that. But Italy without Chiellini is also weak at the back.
