And if he got red in 20th minute, im 95% sure Inter would just win the rest of the game with ease, so ref as you see did directly influenced the result of the game.

And i agree Motta deserved a red even though he can easily say he was going for ball, but i would give him red aswell as Nesta for "retaliation".

Yes there were some mistakes, Gattuso and Motta deserved a red.
But that doesn't change that milan at the end deserved the win.

If we start again with all the complain the season is already ruined.
