To all the Interisti crying about the ref

All I know is if the calls were switched for the teams, 55% (Proven by statistical analysis done by Forum Surveyors International) of the Milan fans, and 99.9839% of the Juve fans would be claiming that Moratti paid the refs, Inter are scum, and that there will be an FIGC investigation that will culminate in Inter being banished to the pits of hell. Just sayin.

One of your points as to why Cassani / Maggio should be chosen over Abate was that Igodzio can't cross. That is all I was trying to disprove as you have already previously conceded that Abate is better defensively but poorer going forward.

Abate was rather poor defensively in the first half. That's my personal opinion. It's not that he didn't have the pace to cope with Obi, it's that he didn't have the tactical awareness to anticipate Obi's runs.

That said, Abate improved markedly in the second half and that's definitely down to Milan possessing the ball better, which saw Obi starved of service and as a result, Abate had a hand in both goals.

As for the foul....Gattusso and Motta both should've been sent off. Nesta should've been cautioned for the retaliation, but a sending off would've been a bit harsh.
