I guess Sahin is better atm, but Wilshere undoubtedly will be the better player down the road.

wilshere really did well against barca, and i can see sahin doing similar efforts against barca as well.

Last season, Banega also tore Barcelona midfield apart... TWICE! yet he isnt better than those two. Performing against barca comes down to your abilities as a player, more so than how good you are in general. I dont think it's a very good argument to use in this case, or if used alone, it falls short.

Is performing against Barca a milestone or what? Sahin performed good against Bayern Munich, Schalke and any other Bundesliga giant. There is a reason why he won Bundesligas best player.
I've to agree that Wilshere is a talented player, and to be honest if I had to chose I would not know which one to pick. I did pick Sahin though becouse I believe he can be the best deep lying playmaker in the future. I genuinly believe he can be the best at his position if he continues and gets a starting place in Madrid.

its the other way round mate, sahin is getting more hyped because he is not english, on this forum everyone who is english is a bad player.

Isa this some joke? Wilshere is overated, Pepe played well against Barcelona that doesnt make him better than sahin ffs.

Sahin for me was really excellent last year for BVB.Wilshere though player with great potential his performance last season is kinda being overated here and in media to some extent mainly based on the 1st leg vs Barca.

Sahin is great, but Jack can reach or surpass that level.
