- Its great to see all Teams @ Barca, including youngesters playing same system & same tactics, for example Rafinha(18) who is a midfielder played as "false 9" against Real Madrid in Champions Cup U-19 Final.. Today, Christian Herrera ( Winger, 17) played as a "false 9" also!!

- Barca starting with "5" Cadets (U16) tonight while realmadrid had just 1 "U-16" ==> " Pozzo" (very talented player)!!

- Ebwelle(LW, 15) and Grimaldo(LB, 15) tearing down the left flank in first half!

- Madrid playing a 4-2-3-1 with Pozo uptop, Pozo is considered Real Madrid Best Player!

-Barca won in penalties (5-3).. Ondoa Barca GK did it!!
btw alot of Barca U-17 players didn't play in this tournament.. Deulofeu(17) & Dongou (16) are playing in Copa del rey U-19, other Players like Sergi Samper (16) is playing with Spain U-16 etc.. Other players like Pol Calvet & Nando Quesada didn't play in this tournamnt becuz of injury!

Barca & especially Grimaldo were playing great in first half.. Real Madrid were better in 2nd half..

4 Barca players, S. Gomez, Espinosa, Rafa Alcantara and Gerard Deulofeu have been called up by Spain for U19 European Championship.

`Notes:

- Barca B centre back and Spain U19 captain Marc Muniesa will miss the Euro U19 due to a hamstring injury, Muniesa is however likely to be part of Spain's squad for the U20 World Cup along with Sergi Roberto.

-Thiago was adviced to rest so he might not play with U-20!!

Yes he was Spain U-19 Captain in Euro U-19 Qualifications month ago..

Muniesa is seen as Puyol's successorsince he was 15/16.. in 2009 he made his debut for Barca against Ossasuna in CampNou, when he wasjust 16 but he was unlucky to get a Red Card :S

khaled, it sounds great that several of our youth players will get to play a youth world cup. We can keep tabs on that and evaluate their progress.

yes its true..i'm happy that Thiago wasn't called, he needs rest, plus i want to see him playing in pre-season with first team we have matches against Man Utd, Bayern or ACmilan.. so its gd to see what he can do against such teams..

We will get to see Muniesa,Romeu & Sergi Roberto more.. Tello was called also, which is great to, lets see what he can do!!
I was expecting Planas(19, LB, Barca B ) to be called also:S he was very gd last season with Spain U-19 ( Euro U-19 2010, WC U-20 Qualifier tournament)!!

Bartra has been playing for first team for a while especially in Copa matches.. Montoya has proven how gs he is in Euro U-21..

Kiko who might join Barca is also called, so we will get to see him !!

Javier Espinosa out of the Spain squad for U19 Euros with injury. Poor lad never seems to get his big break at international level.
