Well, I watched the interview of Berti Vogts after today's game. He said one of the big problems is that the boys only start playing football when they are already 15 or 16, and that he currently has a choice of maybe 25 or 26 players good enough for the NT. He said he'd need quite some more time for Azerbaijan to be able to compete in earnest.
