the season is still fresh and young, ad if we are to lose points I would prefer to lose them at this stage, as long as we are experimenting and trying new faces in different positions.

-I like Iras formation, but Cassano will start.

-El Shaarawy can play AM, but I think Allegri will use Aquaman there as Iras suggests.

-I expect Stefan to get in the game in the second half.

-And I think if didnt loan out Strasser, he would ve come useful now with all these Boateng/Ambro injuries.

I hope to see him in action against Napoli, If he's to play I'll tune in specially Smile

Has all the abilities to make it as a Trequartista, SS or on the Left of a attacking trident. With his goal scoring abilities something tells me either of the later is most ideal. But he has good vision and passing, a more central playmaking role is a option.

I don't know if that's the best idea.
Entire Serie A campaigns can be ruined due to faulty starts to the season.

Look at last year, If Inter had had Leonardo as coach for the entire season and not had that bad start, then would have undoubtedly won the league

But we're in a Paloschi situation at the moment. Not many strikers to do the job so we may have to call the kids up.

From the bench, maybe. Gazzetta reporting that Allegri has much faith in Fantantonio and he will most likely get the starting nod. Very high chance he will come on as a substitute, though.

And you know this by all the games he played there at Padova? All the 0 games he played as an attacking midfielder in his professional career?

But I thought we won the title cause of MA :coffee: , anyway I am not saing we should start a sluggish start, but if we are to lose points I would prefer to lose them at this stage, while experimenting not by playing Bonera and Oddo, but by trying young players to see how the perform.

Pato: “El Shaarawy will do better than me!”
by Meytar Zeevi under Player Reports, The Match

ALEXANDRE PATO is full of praise for the young forward who could start against Napoli.

The Rossoneri spent a sizeable amount of money this summer to land one of Italy’s most interesting prospects, Stephan El Shaarawy, after the player shone in Serie B, leading Padova to promotion playoffs.

With Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Kevin-Prince Boateng, Robinho and Filippo Inzaghi all out injured, it is possible that Coach Massimiliano Allegri will give El Shaarawy a chance, maybe even in the starting XI.

“I really want to play alongside him,” Milan striker Alexandre Pato told Milan Channel of the Italian-Egyptian trequartista/second striker. “He’s a boy who will do better than me – I’m sure of that.” Pato was the last promising youngster to arrive in Milan, now it’s El Shaarawy’s turn to prove himself at the big-boys ground.

Alexandre Pato will certainly start against Napoli, Antonio Cassano’s chances to start are high too, so El Shaarawy is fighting against Urby Emanuelson and Alberto Aquilani, as one of them will play as AM.

I wanna see El Shaarawy play but maybe as a second half sub or something,
Depends on how Cassano is going in the match

el sharawwy, did so much in 15 mins of playing time than pato did in 93 mins. im all in support to stephan to start ahead of pato or cassano if necessary.

first touch, one touch football great, comes to midfield to help and brings ball all the way for counterattack, looks for space, or free players, so far we have seen apart from his game, is that he is good in solo stuff as well.

plays, simple but effective football, what pato or cassano cant do.. im all in for el sharrawwy to start any game. it would be pity to waste his talent.

impressed with him a lot...

I told you guys he wasn't just a Winger too Smile

He moved around to good effect, taking up some dangerous positions but he wasn't picked out. Good first touch passing and vision too. Had you had more sustained possession in and around the opposition area he would have made a much more telling impact in my opinion.

As it was I would say he was certainly 'interesting'; in a good way.

The guy is still young and has a good personality, in many ways he is ripe for moulding. Allegri can use this guy as he see's most fit. CAM, SS or LWF, I maintain he can do well in any of those.
