Milano Siamo Noi had this huuuuuuuuuuge display picture, and IT'S SO ANNOYING AOIRSJF;OSJEFLKAJE;LFIJ;SLIDFK;L,FC.
Though it's gone now.
But yeah, limit on display picture sizes.

This is definitely required. It can be a flexible limit, but a limit is needed nonetheless.

I just checked, there is a limit, but the guy circumvented it somehow.

Can we increase the KB limit of avatars by a little like I have some avatars that are just under 80KB
