I'm not sure what's Heynckes' deal with resting Rafinha so much. I guess he's treasuring him since we have no RB backup.

I think Heynckes sees Rafinha as secret weapon as he is grievously underrated. So when he is subbed in, no one takes him serious, and lo and behold, goal! Very Happy

He can, but of course won't be as good defending due to being on the inverted flank.

Contento is not bad, but we should have loaned him a while ago so he'd earn some experience. Too bad we don't have the depth for that anymore.

I think he actually believe Van Buyten is a good player, I swear I want that guy out of Bayern as much as I want Hummels in.

If I was asked to make 2decision for Bayern my first will be to get rid of Van Buyten and to bring in Hummels.

Did you see what Rossi did to him already, a very terrible defender, too slow, poor positioning and bad tackling.

Well, somehow I fear it will be difficult to get Hummels any time soon, so I fear we have to live with Van Buyten a while longer. -_-'

Yep. Plus van Buyten is the only experienced guy we have. He's staying.

Reinforcements have to come though.

Can't believe we could have had Mertesacker for cheap, but I guess German clubs are exporting everything nowadays instead of selling to Bayern as usual Very Happy

Rafinha is a blessing in disguise.. im totally in love with that new asshole!

and guys, please.. enough bashing van Buyten, Jupp is not stupid.. van Buyten adds experience to our defense.. all our defenders are young and fresh. beside lahm.

Let's be honest here, van Buyten has been decent ever since van Gaal left. He's not been that bad, he's just slow which we all know.
