Speaking of Arsenal's defense did anyone else see Armand *bleep* Traore playing like a mix of Ashley Cole, Maldini and Roberto Carlos yesterday? Didn't know he had it in him

Maybe Wenger really is the root of all Arsenal's defensive problems after all.

its because he plays for qpr not arsenal, much less pressure playing for them, you should understand that by now, you've been watching football for how long? come on you know this. oh and in addition traoe is inconsistent, ill see what he does with more games.

I've always thought that even in all the other games, our defending has still been plagued by the same fundamental problems. Even if they haven't been as calamatous as yesterday's game or the United game, they still weren't what I'd call excellent defensive displays. More like decent, and no surprise that the best ones involved Vermaelen and the poor ones didn't.
