Giuseppe Marotta has described new Coach Antonio Conte as a 'leader', and again spoken of the importance of Juventus' new stadium.

The club's official site released quotes from an upcoming interview with the Bianconeri general manager, in which the former Sampdoria man reveals his opinion on new Coach Conte.

“Conte is a leader, who knows the environment, the value of the shirt, and he has a great sense of belonging.”

Marotta also reflected on the value of the club's new stadium, and the influence it can have on the club's future success.

“It's an added value, our natural habitat. It will bring in greater receipts and represents an important financial enrichment, but it also allows for a particular environment to be developed which will support the team.

“The public, by being so close to the pitch, will truly represent our twelfth man.”

Finally, Marotta, responsible for such things as the club's direction in the transfer market, revealed those negotiations that proved challenging.

The most complicated transfer deal was probably that of [Mirko] Vucinic, closely followed by [Arturo] Vidal.
