Altintop simply refused to get paid after meds found out about his back problem with the following surgery! 
He resumed training = accepts his paycheck again When I compare it to Kaka or some other people...

Its great in this world of football, but we still got paid from Kaka's rights when Kaka was injured, that's the difference.

I think they are Che, though Madrid have paid players still recovering in the past.
