The story has progressed. That Disease bit was progression. The Governor bit had to be done because of complaints and the fact that they want to end every plot holes before moving on.

Governor arc should be done this sunday at best and then they will move on. If not then 2 episodes max.

Nah, the disease bit was a mini filler storyline in the prison. Proper progression would be the main group moving to a new location.

It wasn't a filler lmao. It's all taken from the Comics. It progressed because they had to kill the extras and that they had to show other themes in the show of Morality. And that Carol is gone too because of it.
