when the players are motivated and give their best what mean all the abilities that lead them to a win ; that is called a potential

intellectual, physical and all abilities what lead you to a win is potential;

I was saying about those young stars you have; they need playing time and gain experience ; so they can play better; what means more potential

who am I talking to are you all around 13 years old or what?

potential is when you have the ability to do something in the future but have not yet done it.

to quote the dictionary it is capable of being or becoming .....

ex. Balotelli has the potential to become the best striker in the world. he's had that potential since his professional career began, it isn't something he gained through playtime.

you can work on your talent. your talent isn't what you're capable of becoming, it's what you are now. ex. little Joe is talented at math he is getting a b+, but he never does his homework.... he has the potential to become an A+ math student.

he will always have that A+ potential even if he's getting a C or B

for someone who's being an asshole to us we are certainly responding in a reasonable way.

Potential is the limit to your ability.When you say to someone "You have high potential" it means the limit to his ability is high,not that "the players are motivated and give their best what mean all the abilities lead the to a win" Potential is how good you can become,and that is not gainable.And it's not a potential..Just potential.

are you sure about that? if you were sure about what you are talking you would make a serious and short post; you would not decorate with pictures right? or maybe you want to make more sense that way sense

I blame it on the management. They should've learned from the mistakes of Milan. Moratti have turned his attention to making the team profitable instead of losing money every year and that has taken all his attention it seems to me. We may be at the end of a cycle but we are definitely not the 17th placed kind of end of the cycle. By january last season Juve were 13 points ahead of us. We had 3 games in hand but still..

I just made a comment based on the thread you can check it again if there is something wrong with it, and looks like I got too much attention because the temperament after bad performances of INTER but that doesn't mean I made a mistake, maybe I just came at wrong time,

anyway, you are right about me to move away from here and come back after INTER gets on better performances and you have more pride to talk about the thread and not make things personal

It's Moratti's fault for getting rid of the likes of Balotelli and Eto'o.

well he is right, combiasso isnt as good as he was 2 years ago, no where as good. Its not loss of speed or anything, but whatever he used to do great he isnt doing it anymore

for me, Motta Lucio Cambiasso Maicon and Zanetti are still good enough players to not be replaced.
