Of course he is. It really isn't even up for debate I would think. He's won the league title as coach in four different countries (one of only two to do this). As coach he's won all three major European titles (one of only two to do this). He's also the only manager to have won all UEFA club competitions and the World Club title, also having the record of UEFA Cup wins (three).

He's charismatic, he's successful and delightfully quotable. An all time great before he took the Ireland job. So if Ireland have a good run in the Euro's then it would only add to an already legendary career imo.

Easily within the Top 10, I'd argue he's in the absolute highest tier and he has been so close to success on the international stage as well which he truly deserves as well, however simply based upon his club record he is an undisputed legend of football.

Yea I would say so. Quite unlucky on the international level though. I'm convinced Ireland can cause an upset next summer and steal some points from Italy/Spain/Croatia.
