One injury for an important player or a team doing well in the transfer market and ofcourse their league form could change the dynamics of these respective clashes.

So lets not make an assessment just yet.

Right, the Europa League draw is in around 30 minutes time. I'll be doing updates for that draw, too. Some big sides in it this year.

CSKA is quite attack heavy........they'll always have a shot especially if they give a decent away performance.

I'm curious who Schalke and Hannover will face. Hannover could well run into any of the real big guns like ManUtd or ManCity.

Maybe UEFA tries to eliminate the Italian clubs? Could be a conspiracy in that direction, too. Oh, and Leverkusen drawn with Barca is a conspiracy, too, Germany's 5 year ranking seems to have been on the rise too much, so getting rid of at least one German team was a must, too XD

Heck, it's a draw! You have to beat what is put in front of you to win the CL! If you get kicked out, you were not good enough - it is as simple as that.

and btw, i hope napoli and milan can do us a favour and kick the arsenal and chelsea out

I wouldn't put it past Leverkusen to get a decent result at home, but the leg in the Camp Nou is a whole different beast. Speaking from personal experience here, you're 90% likely to concede any lead you have over Barcelona if the second leg is in Spain.

pretty difficult opponent and a decent club, we will respect arsenal but milan really gotta win this, i cant bear to see milan getting out of last 16 for 3 consecutive years...

Actually, knowing Leverkusen they will kick out Barca, next get rid of Real and make their way to the final just to be beaten there and end up second as usual

lol of course. those poor epl clubs and epl fanboys. it's all about what it looks like from their perspective. what about serie a fans? two of their teams draw against two big names in world football (arsenal and chelsea), also have had a 4th cl spot taken away from them. yes uefa is out to get italian football too. some other conspiracies is with uefa and favouring barca and platini fixing the lyon and zagreb match. yes uefa is doing all these things. but i still can't figure out what they're trying to achieve by doing these things.

Midorag Belodedeci is assisting with the draw, along with Machetti. They're just asking Belodedeci a couple of questions. Machetti will then explain the technical procedure and the draw will be underway.

I think we can handle CSKA Moscow at the Bernabeu, but teams usually struggle in Russia and it'll be difficult to win there.
