Sacchi's Milan is ridiculously overrated on this forum, Capello's Milan was better.

you're way off in many ways.

1.Capello's Milan was an extension of Sacchi's (as Guardiola is of Rijkaard) so if you put it all together I think the Milan of 88-94 is ahead of Barca from 06-11. You can't discount Capello's success without discounting Rijkaard's.
Also, Milan 'sort of' got cheated by Marseille out of another CL trophey. but they were in the CL finals 5/6 times in 7 years.

2. anyone who's lived through that time will tell you that Sacchi's Milan was way more exciting than Milan later on with Capello. They had Gullit and Van Basten in their prime and killed opposition (which happened to be the strongest, most concentrated league off all time).

There is no way to tell for sure who would win in a match but what we do know is that Milan dominated Europe back then as much or more than Barca do now.
