While it may have been two-footed, he was composed, won the ball and didn't even contact Nani with EITHER leg. The trailing leg looks to slip out from under him just as he commits to the tackle, but he does well to keep it from causing any harm, or really affecting the play.

Technically, I suppose you can continue to swear up and down that it was two-footed and therefore a correct call according to the rules. However, this sport involves an awful lot of objectivity from the referees, which I believe is an endearing quality. This gives refs the freedom, and the case can be made that it encourages them, to use their own judgement to maintain the flow of the match. Therefore, by upholding the letter of the law, Foy has undermined the spirit in which that law is meant to be enforced. Hence why I maintain that this is a "bad" call regardless of the technical points of the rule.
