What would Ajax look like if they kept all their talent, today? Where would they rank in the world?

Nowhere. Ajax is a mediocre club with mediocre talents. They aren't like 20 years ago. Ajax would be a club like Sevilha or Villarreal or Lille. They have many players coming outta their academy, but not many world class like Bayern.

Ibra and Suarsex didn't go through their academy, however important Ajax might've been for their development, their inclusion is a stretch
