True, Benzema has 8 assists this season.

Most assists in 2012/13 (Club + Country) just clear assists are counted (including assists for an owngoals.. excluding penalties won, shots on goal followed by a goal, pass with deflection before reaching the finisher etc.):

Ribery 11
Cesc 9
Benzema 8
Pirlo 8
Hustzi 8
TMuller 8
Mata 8
Hazard 8
Messi 7

Puts him over 1.00 for club. Yeah, I've decided not to count country stats because transfermarkt is usually slow with them, sometimes ignores some low level friendlies, others have to travel between continents etc.

Can't believe i missed that, i thought i excluded friendlies / internationals.

Recalculated: Benz played 719 minutes (pretty low) has 5 goals and 7 assists.

A Goal/Assist every 59min. Shocked

A Goal every 143min. :coffee:

An Assist every 102min. cheers

Yeah, forgot that totally. I will add him to next edition, and check these other hopefuls mentioned. Btw, if you are wondering, if player drops out of 32, I will stop following him, because I've have to draw lines somewhere.

I also think that you could drop some players by lack of minutes. Everything under 500 hundred minutes is a waste really, 1.000 towards the end of the league.

Yeah, I will drop as soon as the difference the fewest and most minutes gets too big. I think I had 500 minutes min last season. But maybe 1000 would be better in the second half.
