PL has shit officials

all this time adds up though, the biggest thing that sets football apart from most other sports (and why i think its the best sport in the world) is its fluidity, the more stoppages, the more it takes away from this.

Goal line technology should defiantly be introduced, It won't actually waste a lot of time if its used only on goals being scored, The 4th official would watch the replay on the big TV which is in most stadiums in the world let alone Europe, he would then make a decision if the goal should stand or not, if their was a player offside, or a push or a handball involved.

Most games end with 3, 4 maybe 5 goals between the two teams, if the 4th official spends lets say 30 secs on each footage then it would take less then 3 minutes to make a call and we would have a much more fair game.

Granted having to review a foul may be a big ask as far as time keeping goes, but offside decisions like the Suarez/Hernandez ones shouldn't take time. It doesn't take 10 seconds for those watching at home or even in the stadium to see the replay. it would be ideal to have an official for replays to signal the referee if the decision should stand or not. This shouldn't make a difference as far as time goes, considering the amount of time some players use for their celebrations.

This. Also, play could easily continue in cases where offsides was called; simply review it while the fk is taken and play keeps going. It would take as much time as calling advantage or - in cases like Suarez's "offsides" this weekend - as much time as some officials take to raise their flags. I understand that reviewing fouls is more dicey, but offsides would be simple.
