His fault it was the players' fault. Maybe if he were less concerned with playing childish, petty grudge games against his own players and more concerned with actually being a manager, he wouldn't be almost 20 points behind Barca and dumped out of the CL by a team that cost peanuts.

That's the thing, there's nobody TO be told. The "Premier League" doesn't exist. It's an abstract entity, not an organisation. I can't call up the Premier League and report something to them, simply because it doesn't exist. That site merely reports news about goings-on in the division and records statistics on players and clubs.
