Fulham manager Martin Jol is close to bringing in AC Milan's Urby Emanuelson and PSV Eindhoven right-back Stanislav Manolev but has played down talk he could sign Tom Huddlestone from Tottenham.

Yeah, pretty sure Urby will leave on a loan with no option to buy for the rest of the season. He is a good depth player for us, but I would rather he had a great 6 months in the EPL (which will suit him well) and then we sold him for a good price because he's never going to cut it in the Milan starting XI. It's better that way for him and the club.

I'm hoping so. Let's really get some momentum going for the rest of the season. CL is unattainable, but we have a 6 point gap to close and then maintain for the rest of the season in Serie A. That's easier said than done. Next season our investment in youth will continue to pay off.
