It just dawned on me last night. What is the point of buying it if none of you are buying it. i am not going to play fifa or cod alone lol

So who exactly is getting it by Feb 2014 at least ?

I'm 95% going to have one, probably between launch and xmas. Just getting the PS4 and Killzone, I'll buy FIFA when more of you guys get it because all I play is Clubs.

Most of my friends are getting the XBOX One this week :facepalm:

Most are PC gamers. those who are getting a PS4 don't play fifa ( clubs anyways ) or COD.

Hang out with my mates and when they come round we play PES and that but most of the time i don't game them with much anymore.

Anyway it still stands i'm not gonna get it until a game comes out which sells the system to me.... so next Summer is probably most likely.

BTW i think the VGA's are this weekend so if history is anything to go by we should get some nice announcements.

Depends if there's 2 separate results if you play on the same club as PS3 on PS4, or whether it's the same results on both consoles.

Think that new Uncharted that had a quick trailer for the other day will come out Christmas 2014.

But really its not about the exclusives so much as i have already decided on PS4, just games in general lol.

For example the moment Witcher 3 is released i'm going to nearest Game and getting a PS4 asap lol..

They are practically the same. The only difference is that PS4 version is slightly sharper due to being 1080p compared with 900p by Xbox

Won't really notice any graphical difference until games being built from ground up for next gen come out tbh.

All these ports are not gonna look much different because they use similar architecture.

Even then you are probably going to have to really search for the graphical differences to notice it.

Some people sold theirs for as much as $5000 on launch day. I sold mine the next day after I'd given it a run lol.

Everyone's selling theirs now so I noticed the prices have all come down. Those first 3 days though rofl

Not going to call you a liar because I'm sure it was not impossible to find some mug that would buy it for 2K, I just find it highly unlikely, but knowing people that were buying tons of these to flip at Launch I have not heard of one selling for such a price

European PS4's are manufactured in Japan as opposed to the US launch consoles being made in China apparently, so hopefully we don't get any faulty units from slave labour :bow:

Around me (New York) I've heard talk of there being consoles available on day one. A few days back the rumors were that you had to preorder, however I have a friend who was able to order his Xbox via Amazon the day of. Xbox ones are selling for approximately $550 (including tax) on ebay.
