I understand he's eager but who does he think he is telling the coach what to do? This was Tata's first match too and Nerman's already trying to boss him around. He isn't playing for Santos anymore, he needs to show more respect and be more humble.

After watching the video, it seemed innocent enough to me.

whoever the manager may be,he should be the only one making decisions on who plays and who doesnt etc. not even Messi asks to be taken off the bench as far as i know.

just seems like he is acting as if he is already the big man on the team, which is fine with me, barca needs more of those players, but when he starts to try and tell the manager to play him instead of someone the manager chose, it's going too far imo
