Dude Llorente is sick! Matri is good but Llorente is top player and in a top team potentially world class! Giovinco is a talented player but he will never become a great player for me...needs to be sold!

Players better than Del Piero

Ronaldo
Messi
At times Totti
At times Raul
Possibly Giggs
Figo

This could become a long list

Would you take them instead of Del Piero?

No, why not give Giovinco the same chance?

This is Juve, not Manchester city or Chelsea.

Giovinco free kick against Milan and so many other moments, him playing with Del Piero and Nedved

How can you guys not want Gio to be our man? He certainly has the skill, he needs a lucky break that's all

Gio just isn't skilled enough to become that player. It certainly was Juventus fans' dreams a few years ago, but he just doesn't have it. I really didn't think we should have brought him back from Parma, but I was willing to give him a second chance. We should have sold him when his stock was high. If we sign a big striker, Gio's future is basically as a depth striker for Juve or he could leave and star for a middle of the table team. Either way, I wish him well.

we should have given him to sampdoria when we were in for Pazzini. That was the most we would have got for him besides money.

He isn't that great. He won't be either.

THat doesn't mean he can't fill a role in the team though

I really don't think he's we can get a more skillful player. His problem is not skill, it's consistency and team play. Was the same with Diego

But what you people keep forgetting is that CONTE called him back to us, never doubt Conte

Sell him back to Parma for cheap Very Happy

I said it few times before Gio needs to be focal point/ the star of the team. At Parma, he got all that, every ball went to him and even if he lost lots of them, no one complained since we know he's capable of magical moment, hence really good stats last season with Parma.

I also think he's playing decent for Juve for now, lower expectation a bit, think of him as someone similar to Di Vaio instead of next ADP ( I still laughed at someone said he's next ADP, dude is 25 ffs)

Its obvious your a Giovinco fan

Why cant Gio be our man? because he's simply not good enough to do what we ask, he falls too easy, tries these stupid ass passes, and bitches at his teammates for not reading his mind. MANY PLAYERS HAVE THE SKILL, that's in abundance all over the world, its the combination of technical ability, physical ability, and mental ability, and he only possesses one at Juve level.

Ill take Diamanti any day over him

One thing is what Conte saw at Parma, and what he sees at Juve. And all kinds of tings happen behind the scenes. Marrotta might be pressuring him, or it could even have been Conte himself who gave the go ahead to buy him back and has been trying to justify that 12mil.

Now i feel like your trolling.

These players you named are arguably the greatest in their countries history, and you mean to tell me because they are better than Del Piero (which in almost every case they are NOT, but thats a different argument) we should give this scrub, who spends half the match on the grass and the other half missing shots and complaining, MORE opportunities than he's already gotten. NEWSFLASH: Totti was a BEAST at 25, Del Piero was a BEAST at 25, Messi isnt even 25 and is a BEAST....Gio is 25 and your still talking about what he could be if given a shot? Let it go, its time to move on. Im bummed out to find out DeCeglie isnt really gonna pan out, such is life.

Juve has to headed by an italian

I know Giovinco is disappointing, I'll be stupid to disagree

AND Del Piero? for me he is the greatest player ever, but I'm so disappinted that's all

How time flies. This guy is already 30.
If he wasn't that selfish he could have been a great rotational option now that we play with 4 offensive players.
However he was never going to be better than a mid table team starlet in Serie A.

Would have had a very different career if he didnt have to be king at all costs. Could have been our Dybala sub right now or the leader of a Sampdoria or maybe even Lazio.
