The Dzeko rumours have been in rotation for a while now based off twitter.
Apparently BILD are running an exclusive at 11(now) and its reus/Dzeko swap deal.

Dzeko and Reus swap won't happen but i can definitely see Dzeko going to Dortmund and when he does watch him do a Balo and look great again.

Dzeko and Eriksen/KDB would be quite solid replacements for Lewa/Goetze IMO. If these rumors come through, Dortmund will have handled the news of huge departures quite well. Learned what (not) to do from Arsenal's 2011 example I guess. 
Personally I also think Mkhitaryan would be worth thinking about for Dortmund ... but I haven't seen any rumors about that. I'm just sayin'.

Reus isn't going anywhere.
Dzeko will be a good buy, not old, not a first teamer and not too different from Lewa minus his shit link-up play.
Probably come on the cheap too. If Dortmund play their cards right they can strengthen the team very well and still have left over money to pocket from the outgoing transfers

Anyway according to Bosnian media Dzeko has been given the green light to talk to other clubs Dortmund included. According to the same article Arsenal, Athletico Madrid, Napoli and another italian club are heavily interested.

This is all not true though.... watch Dzeko for Bosnia or when he was at Wolfsburg he is far from a donkey.
Balo looked like a donkey too in England but for Inter, Milan and Italy he looks like Ibra 2.0 by comparison.
Dzeko is made to look like crap because of the awful coaching in England and Mancini being clueless like Balo was.
If he were to leave for Dortmund and the superior coaching that comes with it i can guarantee he improves tenfold on a technical level like Balo did.

Doesn't Dzeko make Man City hefty type wages, how is Dortmund going to allow that?

Which is the problem in itself.... players in England focus more on weight training than actual technique and surprise surprise they suddenly go backwards technically.
