What if Arsenal sign Suarez, Barry, Williams, and no GK?

It would cost plenty of money but I think probably only German has a word to pinpoint how ambivalent/underwhelmed I would feel. Suarez would at least improve the attack, no doubt, but I still can't see myself fully embracing the constant dives, the occasional bites, the overall tomfoolery.

Me and 2 colleagues just saw an #AFC legend still heavily involved with the club and asked who we signing. His response was "Suarez soon!!".
For those of you a that are asking it was Liam Brady who told me that we will sign #Suarez soon.

Not to rain on anyone's parade or anything, but you do all realize that Liverpool won't be selling Suarez to a PL rival for less than £50m, right? The "£40m clause" is only one that requires Liverpool to notify Suarez of a bid that's come in and go to the negotiating table (rather than rejecting it out of hand as has been done with the £30m and will be done with the £35m bids). Liverpool will still approach the negotiations with a firm "nothing under £50m" stance and Suarez won't be handing in a transfer request for another English club, unless City or Chelsea decide to offer him wages that would make Cristiano Ronaldo blush.

what if suarez says he wants to go to arsenal because rm declare they are no longer interesting in saurez. arsenal would be the only club interested at this time. 40m is simply the best offer, what do you think liverpool will do?

As I said, I cannot see Suarez putting in a transfer request for another English club unless said club offers absolutely absurd wages ON TOP OF a real chance of trophies. Arsenal certainly can/will not provide the former and relatively speaking are not a top target for the latter at this stage. Suarez will not be handing in a transfer request for a move to Arsenal.
