Sevilla 2 - 0 Freiburg. Not a great game. Freiburg just tried to defend all game and were woeful, while Sevilla weren't playing at their best either. Took a penalty from Perotti to get the lead. Sevilla made a lot of chances after that but could only get the second in the 90th minute through Bacca - Jairo's assist was incredible.

Figueiras, Rakitic (surprise surprise) and Jairo were Sevilla's best players.

Petkovic needs to understand how his system will be exploited when utilized against teams who are overtly aggressive in their pressing. Lazio under Petko succeeded against deeper and more counter-attacking teams yet when faced under the threat of pressing and pressure, they tend to crumble.

Allegri realized this in his 3-1 win last year.

Trabzonspor, a team who is above even Gala (4th) in the Turkish league have utilized their insanely aggressive pressure (usually more so at home) to thwart Lazio. Fener realized this in the EL semis last year, despite Petko not preparing his teams for EL after his Serie A downfall.

3-3 isn't reflective of Lazio despite their individual errors yet Petko will need to change his system, even it is is adapting to what is a poor squad.

Dnipro are even better than Shaktar at the moment and along with Metalist, the strongest team in the Ukranian league.
