Nah Sturridge definitely can but its a proven fact you give Cisse service he scores.

He did it in Bundesliga and he did it in the PL until Pardew changed the style to mean he was isolated and lucky to get more than one chance a game.

In his first 6 months..... Ba, Ben Arfa and Cabaye were all within 10 yards of him giving him passes.

Now he's lucky if he's got a player within 40 yards of him.

Sturride wont be top scorer..i dont think he will even be in top 4.

3.Aguero
add some scrub for4th..

Gonna be keeping my eyes on Bony, never watched the Eredivise, but I saw some highlights, he's my dark horse if they play like last season

I think it will be RVP, Giroud and Soldado tho', top 3.

Soldado was fortunate enough to have a system built around him at Valencia to maximize his strengths.

That won't happen at Spurs if Bale stays.

Soldado in where ever he plays is going to be a damn poacher.....he is no system player...he is always been and always will be a poacher.

He is going to lead the line for spurs who will create enough for him to score..not a great fan of soldado apart from his Volley but you cant doubt his poaching skills and finishing.

The sooner people stop pretending any player can just come in the PL and score 20+ the better. This isn't La Liga lads.

Between RVP and Suarez. Suarez would have been top goal scorer had he not been suspended tbh.

I think Walcott will be up there. certainly within the top 5. Surprised to see his name not up there. Out of curiosity, how many of Sturridge's goals have been game winning goals?

Sturridge scored 5 goals in those 4 games that Suarez missed for suspension.

He is a lot more dependent on Coutinho than the rat.

So then Coutinho will be the playmaking focal point, and he'll get closed down this season. So it still works out. He'll struggle to get over 15 goals this year if Suarez isn't in this team. He won't win it.

Also, all those 5 goals were against scrub teams that gave up on their season.

Can only think against Fulham from the top of my head.

Bale last year was on a similar level to RVP and Suarez. Walcott was NOT at that level.

What does Bale do to garner this hype? Score a few goals? Walcott does that too. Bale is better at set pieces, Walcott has a better passing game

Are you trying to suggest Bale was an a whole different level to Walcott in 2012? Theo was the same level as Bale for me. But I'd understand the arguments from Arsenal fans if they argue Walcott outperformed Bale the first half of the season.

Bale only started performing consistently in 2013 and that's when the gap between Walcott was made. 2013 or well, this year. Hence why I won't be surprised if Theo has a better / as good as season in 2013/14 as Bale's 2013 "form" is just that. They were on the same level as 2012.

But he won't be unmotivated / disillusioned...

The only thing stopping Suarez from being in contention is because of his habits of picking up suspensions. There's also a massive chance he'll leave in January (he won't be cup tied in Europe) if a new contract is signed and there is a buy out clause on it.
