How does the draw in the EUROS work?

So for example after the group stages how did they determine who faced who? Is it already pre planned that the winners of a particular group face the 2nd place of another or is there a draw after the group stage is finished?

Well it's just like in the World Cup, it is all pre-planned till the final. So you know that the winner of group A, for example, will face the 2nd place of group C in the quarter final.

The semi-finals are also pre-planned, you know before the tournament starts that the winner of the first QF will face the winner of the second QF and so on.

Ah cheers man. So what are the orders of the qf?

eg say you had 4 groups

A
1 2 3 4

B
5 6 7 8

C
9 10 11 12

D
13 14 15 16

QF would be

1 vs 10
9 vs 2
5 vs 14
13 vs 6

How will the semis be arranged then?
