‘Morata unreachable, Pogba unsellable’


Beppe Marotta has denied asking after Alvaro Morata and has also reiterated that Juventus do not intend to sell Paul Pogba.

Into the January transfer window and speculation continues to surround the Bianconeri and future market moves.

Recent rumours have once more paired them with interest in a Real Madrid striker, this time the Spanish side’s young star Morata.

“I believe that Morata is unreachable, but we have never spoken with Real Madrid,” Marotta has countered this week to reporters.

“He is one of those players that will become a champion and so is generating great interest.”

Another name regularly making the gossip columns is Pogba, who has been paired with interest from Paris Saint-Germain.

“We know his value and we are not going to sell him anyway. So far there have not been any requests from Paris Saint-Germain.

“We are concentrated on this season, which could lead to some extraordinary results and history for the club, even as we are aware there could be some difficulties ahead.”

Reports also suggest Fabio Quagliarella is edging towards the exit, but like the player’s agent, the Old Lady’s director general has suggested otherwise.

“We have a group of players attached to the shirt and will only make any transfers if someone wants to go.”

A brilliant assist and a superb goal,yet he should be benched.Sounds legit.

Mind you,he had spells today where he was really poor and had a few misplaced passes/poor decision making but he redeemed himself by making a really wonderful assist and typical strike in the latter stages to top it off.Thats what great players do this guy is indeed one.

He and Vidal operate on another level. When he puts it all together, he will be so ridiculously good.

For others that want to concentrate on his errors, don't forget how young he still is. This is talent a team like Juve sees once every twenty years or so.

I really wish more people would post. I hate to say it, but this new format is killing this section.

The activity was much worser before under the old format and moving back to that format again is going to change nothing mate,sorry to say it.Its been just over a month,lets give it another month or so to come to a proper conclusion.

Atleast the section looks much more presentable now.

Good game. But he has weaknesses he needs to address and it's mostly about losing concentration at times. Happens a lot of uber-talented kids where they think they can just turn it on and off in games as opposed to keeping the intensity and concentration up all game... it will come with experience.

As far as him staying... he hasn't extended and he hasn't been sold. So i don't see how anything's changed for people to get so excited about Either Juve get a lot of money and buy, let's say Benzema with it. Or they keep Pobga. I seriously don't see a losing situation for Juve here. So stop biatching

Pogba was great today, our whole team bar Buffon and Chiellini went to sleep in the 2nd half at times, this is a squad issue. Pogba was MOTM with Vidal and Gigi

Can't seperate them tbh, maybe Vidal edged it. Pogba is an insane talent and we need to demand insane money from a club who have no problem dropping 40M for players half as good.

Juve would be wise to keep him. Marchisio stopped developing at his regular LCM position. Juve is so much more dangerous with Pogba playing. Marchisio started to disappear in big European games... such as BM. I'd rather see Marchisio develop into the regista spot.

Pay Pogba and Vidal top money and keep them both. I don't want to see him at top form in another shirt.
