I think it's high time Barca sold Fabregas and Mascherano.

Replace them with academy players of course.
Surely, those kids can't do any worse?

Who else is glad that Tata is gonna get fired?
It's truly the end of an era for Barca. Time for a complete overhaul provided they can get that ban overturned. Slim chance though.

what a shit game by barca, should have lost 3-0 within the first 10 minutes. Disgraceful performance. Messi with a CR7 like performance in a big game. Iniesta, Xavi bad. Alves and Masche f'ing deplorable

Complete overhaul will not happen with Messi still in the squad I'm afraid.

Re: Atletico Madrid Vs Barcelona - Quarter Finals CL - 2nd Leg
That goal Barca conceded , an hopeful cross in the box
Cesc was invisible, Nerman shat himself after Atletico players kicked the shit out of him in the first half. Atletico are ridiculously good defensively, they play with a back 8
So narrow and compact, very hard to create anything. It rendered Barca's tiki taka useless. There was no space to create anything, only one who looked remotely close to creating something was Iniesta.

Re: Atletico Madrid Vs Barcelona - Quarter Finals CL - 2nd Leg
Holy shit we were cr4p looool! We were so terrible at times jesus....
I think the main thing is Atletico knows exactly hwo to play us, and we just cant counter it I think physical and tempo wise we are just unable to compete with the top sides anymore. They were amazing in their anticipation of our every move and closed out Messi so quickly every time he touched the ball. I dont know if its motivation, or the manager, the training, or whatever, other teams are machines now and we arent anymore.
It was sad to see us crossing and pumping long balls, we had no idea in the end, it was all meh, and shit Loool!
Collectively and the above points means individually it was hard to perform as well I guess. Neymar did well I though, as well as some of the others. Our defense and Pinto couldnt handle the pressure early on clearly we need a better GK able to play the ball under pressure unfortunately. And we need a new CB of cos.
Tactics and structure we should be better than this. Not sure if Tata will stay another season, I guess if we win the league he probably will but doesnt appear to be convincing after this showing for sure. We would probably need to bear Atletico which by this showing is pretty hopeless
Well done to Atletico, they feel like Dortmund a bit. Wouldnt mind to see them in the final, although entertainment wise Real vs Bayern would be better

All I really want for Christmas is for Cholo and Pep to rape Mou and Carlo respectively.
Would be sweet.

Re: Atletico Madrid Vs Barcelona - Quarter Finals CL - 2nd Leg
Atletico are good but a decent physical team who can cross and have a true 9 can overcome them. They will probably get Real in the SFs and get dumped out. As much as I hate madrid, their players show more passion when they are down.

Barca are ok, they just need to sign some strong players in key positions and they can move on.
oh wait, cant sign anyone
can they even sack Tata? i hope the embargo covers that

Not really.
Xavi, Puyol, Alves, Valdez, Mascherano, Sanchez, Pedro all need to be replaced.

Re: Atletico Madrid Vs Barcelona - Quarter Finals CL - 2nd Leg
Im starting to feel its truly end of era kind of thing now. We have no hope in CL next season, unless we sign a top CB, our new GK solves the defensive weakness and somehow our whole team plays like 5 years ago Unlikely.
Not sure about Tata still, will see the rest of the season first.... if the 2 transfer ban really happens and we continue this route, we are done. But still lots to be optimistic about, its not like we are a bad team of cos, we can still be league champions and a top team, but no longer the favourites.
