Tbh I'm not completely outraged by it, mainly because the entire coaching staff has been sacked.

My reaction to it all is state of meh and apathy, even positive moves are met with utter cynicism. Laughing

Yesterday, Marc Wilmots stated that he would like to join Schalke after all, but today Schalke say "thanks, but no thanks" as Wilmots supposedly gets too expensive rofl

So the next Schalke coach still remains a mystery....

Source 2: http://www.bild.de/sport/fussball/schalke/sagt-wilmots-ab-41335378.bild.html

Next attempt: Schalke consider signing André Breitenreiter now...

And while we're at it... Eintracht Frankfurt consider signing Armin Veh again! (Veh was in talks with Schalke, too, but told them "Thanks, but no thanks!")

Now this went faster than expected. André Breitenreiter (formerly SC Paderborn 07) signed a two year contract with FC Schalke 04.

Do Germans like to make it hard for other people to enunciate or is it just a side hobby?

FC Basel 1893 and Paolo Sousa part ways as of now. As reason they quoted differences in the ideas about the future development of the team. Basel want to annouce Sousa's successor ASAP.

It's been only matchday 3 inthe Swiss Super League, and we already saw the sacking of two coaches within one week.

FC Luzern's Urs Meier and Young Boys Bern's Uli Forte both saw the sack in a time when most other leagues haven't even started. Laughing

New coaches connected with FCL are Murat Yakin, Mirko Slomka or Jens Keller, while YB have no idea whom they might want yet (but then, they only kicked out their coach today).

Great news Thumbs up

Hopefully Zurich aren't in a bad moment, I see they've started the season poorly, 7th out of 10 after five games. Anyway, great to see Sami back in management.

Well, izt's Sami's job to make them better. BTW, FC Zürich was the club that really got Lucien Favre's career going, too.
