Its an absolute disgrace the Ba has been used so sparingly at Chelsea

Say what you want about him, but you feed him and he scores its simple as.
Scored the goal that KOed PSG, scored the goal against Swansea to keep them in the race, scored the all important first goal at Anfield today.
His record at Newcastle and West Ham speaks for itself and before anyone says build up play and technique bla bla bla.
Chelsea don't play slow, possession-based football lol, they don't need no technique ffs.
If he had consistently played this season, Chelsea would have already won the league.

Well when you are only two points off the top I don't think that it is much of an exaggeration.
Imo, I agree, he probably should have played more. He never played all that well but he does seem to nick more goals when he does than Torres. The difference wouldn't have been massive but it may have been enough.

He's a good goalscorer and can hold the ball up well, but he doesn't have the hype or reputation, so he won't start every game.

Yup, doesn't matter if he's a donkey in any case you supply him with chances and he scores them.
Not like build up play and link play is a massive emphasis under Mourinho so i don't see how him being a " donkey" is relevant.
Also Gil, if it wasn't for Ba you would be out of this title race and out of the CL show him some respect ffs.
People are too obsessed with technique and link up play, i doubt Brazil fans will be complaining about Fred when his goals bring them the WC despite his complete lack of all round play.
He scored 36 goals in less than 60 games for West Ham and Newcastle, surely that's better than Eto'o and Torres being completely non existent?

Eto'o has had decent work rate too since hes been back in shape.
Ba was tired walking around like he was dying after that goal. He even came back out from half time tired
