What I personally want to see as the starting lineup.


I've been dying to see trio of Coutinho, Suso, Teixeira playing together for a very long time. PLEASE MAKE IT HAPPEN BR.   

Whats the news on enrique's fitness?

He's doing full training like everyone else. In contention to start against Brondby.

What sort of squad do you prefer!!! I think with Suarez gone, we should use our perceived starters for the friendlies so that there's maximum time to build/optimize cohesion.

The premise of your post does belong in the preseason thread though. I think the earliest we'll get to see the lads that were representing their nations at the World Cup will be in the US tour.

As far as this match goes though, I still want to see the line up I posted in the first post. Maybe with one exception if Markovic is made official by then I hope he starts.

Both of us is acting like Lucas don't even exists   

Dont see Markovic even being considered. Also the squad could give a small indication of the futures of Agger, Aspas, Skrtel, Reina and Lucas.

Agger is definitely starting and captaining as Brondby are his childhood and former team and the match is in Denmark.

Brondby drew 1-1 with Bolton in a friendly 2 days ago.

I bet Spearing was motm. Knew we should've kept him ffs. Rodgers out.

Man the excitement levels are higher than they've ever been on my end even if we have lost Luis. Still have high hopes for this season.

Rickie Lambert today returned to training a week early. Rest of England players due to return on July 20th to join on US tour.

Edit: Pearce:"Lambert won't play in Wednesday's opening friendly against Brondby in Denmark and is unlikely to feature against Preston at Deepdale on Saturday."
