Wow so Cole is going to be sold and replaced by Santon in January? Didn't know he was solely being scapegoated for that disaster.

I highly doubt it. Cole is obviously not the long term option for us and I honestly do think he's probably been the weakest of our defenders (they've all been great, he's been good), it's near hyperbolic to think Roma would kneejerk like that. We've been after Santon for years now so there's always a possibility we could get him. That really isn't relevant to Cole's form.

I still rate Santon. I think he needs to fall in love with the game again. He need motivation and Roma's project should be perfect for that.

meh .... Sabatini loves Santon for years and he has still good hype in Italy because tbf few ppl watches Newcastle matches and all remind for Inter years, so I think he will be back in Italy soon and I wouldn't be surprised if really in Roma , although I have many doubts he is good for a club who wants to win the title , considering his prime period 2008-2010 is past ( unfortunately)

I have no more words to describe how much is insane Sampdoria's president . if you can understand italian , you will understand it Laughing

I think to have never seen a similar insane president, he makes Gaucci (old Perugia president) seem normal

What's this crap? Santon has no problem with the game or motivation.

He's been consistently injured for nearly a year, there's no other reason.

Although he is overrated, a technically skilled defender with no positional sense or offensive end product. Most people who still act like he's this top talent watched one game and think that is who he is, when not even the players facing him knew who he was then. Laughing

AKA the Balotelli/Pato effect, it's one of the reasons I loath rating players under 20. Usually kids who shine as a teenager do so because they have not been scouted properly and thus teams don't know how to plan for them.

Then once teams do they struggle and everyone is surprised that they can't live up to the level they showed before they wasn't a forefront of the oppositions planning be it defensively or offensively.

When the reality is they were never that good, we would all be a lot better of not rating kids until they have had at least 2-3 great seasons before crowning them.

As would the kids themselves, but sadly everyone is obsessed with the next big thing.

It's wrong to compare Balotelli to Pato. Pato has always been a top class talent. Unlike Balo, Pato was crippled by injury after injury.

And Juve did just that.

Samp were a tough, tough opponent. I had hoped we'd be able to nick this one (obliterating them was too much to ask ultimately), but Romero was in inspired form, as all keepers tend to be against us.

Fully expected Juve to capitalize on our draw loss.

Milan has a game with a rooke manager, we play hoofball with a same manager for 16 months Proud

#Mazzarriout 8th episode.
Mazzarri is the main problem but anyway we have a grave problem with attack. We have just 3 CFs and our best CF is injured, Palacio is finished and Icardi is missing many goals atm .
Luckily it was just the Cesena but I am worried for next match against new Simeone, Sinisa Mihajlovic.
I wouldn't be sorry to have him as next Inter manager

No words for Parma ?
After that Europa League qualification deleted by Uefa, they are dead .
Last place in table and they were raped by Sassuolo yesterday.

just looking their lineup ...

PARMA (4-5-1) Mirante; Mendes (dal 1’ s.t. Coda), Lucarelli, Felipe, Gobbi; Rispoli, Acquah (dal 31’ Ristovski), Jose Mauri, Souza, De Ceglie (dal 17’ s.t. Ghezzal); Cassano. All. Donadoni.

Basically Cassano + 10 scrubs. Worst Serie A team.

He is out of the world, also in interviews..

Some week ago  he was wooing a woman journalist on Sky ( it's better to specify the sex in 2014 :lol  ) , while today for example he said " I said it to Moratti , chase away that Philippine " ( referred to Thohir , the new Indonesian Inter president )  Laughing
now he is trying to apologize Laughing

His general play is certainly worthy of appreciation, he's a very balanced attacker however he's a very poor finisher. He's worthy of comparison to Robinho actually, excellent at linking up with his team mates and flexible enough to fit into most systems however when given a shot on goal, you bet on the keeper.

For me Thereau is the player who holds on alone the Udinese attack.
Di Natale goes on with his great skill , but the dirt work is  all on Thereau.

Nah, the time to post Higgy stuff there is when Benz plays for the NT and inevitably flops. That's when all the benzefans (who coincidentally happen to be France sympathizers) turn against him.
