I don't rate me in race tbh ...we're mid table and we are going to play against Juve next match at Torino so we'll lose surely..

Anyway Sampdoria responded immediately .
They 've signed Muriel from 12 mln for Samp.
What a fraud the Columbian .. I didn't think a similar end for him.. but I think he can come back at good levels under Sinisa

There is chance for anyone.

It's a matter of principle.

about gervinho 3 things makes a difference
1- he was requested by Rudi and even he has something in contract saying he can leave if Garcia leave the club
2- he is very insecure and his confidence problem caused him a bad spell at arsenal because he isn't as direct as sanchez that what wenger prefers( if i had that much of forehead i would have been the same)
3- he is a pacy player and most teams in serie A have problem in their fullbacks including Roma
podolski has none but maybe the Nt for Euro cup16 give him encouragement to shine but i expected inter to do better

Well we are treating to sign also Shaqiri ..we needed of 2 wingers ( now another) , Podolski shouldn't be the only signing, or at least this is the idea

Balotelli would create more problems than advantages to a team and I think attack is the only role really ok for Napoli .. even Zapata (although I don't like him )  is a legit back up this year hmm

Anyway ..... it's incredible to say it , but Adrian Mutu is coming back to Fiorentina.

I thought he was even retired lol

Unbelievable that Samp sold Gabbiadini in the winter transfer window. He was the most important player because he was the best forward, he allowed Mihajlovic to deploy a 4-3-3 and contributed to a good 50% total goals thanks to his set pieces. I know that Napoli offers a bigger salary, bigger objectives, but this season Samp is fighting for a CL place just like Napoli is and it's been 4 months so not exactly a coincidence. Should've waited the end of the season.

As for tomorrow's match it has 0-0 all over it. Samp has the best defense alongside Juve, and with Gabbia gone Samp will play a 4-3-1-2 that will give them a tactical disadvantage forcing them to park the bus. And Samp can't expect to score from a set piece either because..yea..Gabbia is gone

Steals a rivals best player, and will most probably improve your side at the same time, not sure of the fee but it's a good signing imo. He's rated quite highly in Italy, too.

But yeah, Napoli do need new defenders in.

He was signed because Insigne got a bad injury and Michu flopped so far, but yea, their fullback situation is atrocious. Zuniga hasn't played since 2013, Ghoulam will be gone for the African Cup, Maggio is finished and their CBs aren't exactly trustworthy.

Felipe Anderson is unreal. Single handedly destroyed Samp and Inter in two weeks with 3 goals and 2 assists

For the sake of Serie A - dont let Lazio get anywhere near Europe. They will always fail there.

Agreed and I gather that Mihajlovic was far from impressed that the club sold such a key member when they were going so well and might well have pursued third place.

Gabbiadini's signing has led to Napoli's purchase of Strinic going under the radar however. Whilst they certainly need further defensive reinforcements he should more than make up for Ghoulam's temporary absence. Darmian would be perfect to replace Maggio but I doubt we'll see them bring in anyone else during January.

Astori's goal illustrating further need for goal-line technology.

I've seen umpteen replays initially after the goal, but couldn't make heads or tails of it until a high angle overhead view of the ball over the line. Of course the goal-line refs just stood there...completely useless.

Goal-line refs are right behind the posts, I'm not sure why anyone thought they would be able to determine whether the whole of the ball crossed over the whole of the line in a split second.

Astori could have ripped a hole in the back of the net and still failed to get a reaction. After several years I'm still yet to see a goal line referee make a call. Laughing

Awful match, but three points. The lack of goals and anything meaningful in attacking play is very worrying. Ljalic seems to be out now as well for maybe couple of months. Maicon looked terrbile in defense and stupid emanuleson was VERY lucky not to conceive the penalty there.

If we want the Scudetto we need to break bank. The luck will run out at some point.

A new fullback, GK and striker are needed
