Nothing makes me happier. Can't wait till the Bielsa critics on this forum will be stuffed full of crow after the feast that will be served.

Lille are so terrible, yet two teenagers carrying them to top of the league.

Lille had the most stable summer and NONE of their players were regulars on a WC elimination round team...  full preseason, players rested, same coach, little player movement.  I expected them to start fast compared to the others. And no, kids aren't leading them. It's the defense, keeper and the midfield holding players. They are a GREAT defensive team. The attack sucks horribly.

Monaco lost 6 starters and are breaking in a new coach.
PSG had 90% of their team at the WC.
OM doing well... lost some points early because Bielsa's system is drastically different.

That's pretty much the top 4 there when all is said and done.  Lille will end up 3rd or 4th come the end of the year.  Lyon MAY jump in there if Gourcuff or Grenier come back AND the injuries improve overall.

Watching them yesterday it didn't look like their attack sucked horribly. Especially after the introduction of Marcos Lopes they looked very dangerous.

6 goals in 5 games (with 2 of them yday)...  1 conceded total.  You tell me.

@Sportsczy: thing is they play with a Minimum of 2 DM in every game in the league that I've watched. Also in the 2 CL qualifier against Porto they played with 3 DMs and I believe in the 1st game they had 5 Defenders along with the 3 DMs

They play very defensive and reason why their conceding few goals. Even though its un-watchable at times I would give it to René Girard since its getting results. Top of the table

Lopes and Origi should be starting. And Mendes at home and as sub away. Since he is a selfish POS

Marvin Martin is getting out performed by an 18yo after 5 games. He is should be benched. He is stealing for a living.

Yeah... it's horrible to watch, although not as bad as St Etienne.

That's my huge issue with Ligue 1. It's all about results. Very few teams have the guts to try and win with attacking football. Most managers are lazy and take the safe route.

I can understand being defensive against PSG and OM. But everyone? ffs.

PSG 1-1 Lyon, Lyon with a gutsy performance. On another day they would have won. PSG aren't all that to be honest, if Ibra has an off day then the rest of the team struggles to raise its game. They are Ibra dependent

Kudos to Marseille and Bordeaux for topping the table, making things interesting for a change

Got tired a bit... Bielsa needs to rotate some. The same starting XI in all but the first game.

He is doing a good job, he is got scrubs like Ayew and Romao winning and playing good football.

have played a 352 since the second game... lost the first game and drew the second. Won 6 in a row since as we switched to the 4231.

And OM president didn't even content Bielsa with signings..

Problem with OM is that we have a lot of deadweight wages...  tons of guys who we pay and that are either bad or out on loan.  We have player wages of about 80-85 mil for the season  

That's Lebrune's awful management right there...  Here are our wages over a mil:
-  Gignac - 4 mil
-  Andre Ayew - 3,8 mil
-  Mandanda - 3,6 mil
-  Payet - 3 mil
-  Amalfitano (out on loan) - 2,5 mil
-  Cheyrou (sent to youth team) - 2,4 mil
-  Nkoulou - 2,4 mil
-  Thauvin - 1,8 mil
-  Alessandrini - 1,8 mil
-  Batshuayi - 1,6 mil
-  Fanni - 1,4 mil
-  Imbula - 1,2 mil
-  Morel, Romao and Kadir (out on loan) - 1,1 mil each

Then we have over 10 guys that make between 800k - 1 mil.  Just dumb.
