well, they've been eclipsed from top 4 now through this wonderful, flamboyant Man Utd performance, but let's pause and ponder that they were 4th spot there for a couple of hours, after 12 games played, with a negative goal difference rofl

Not true we won 5 in a row last season which put us 6 points off top on Christmas day lol.

We then where shite as anything in 2nd half of the season.

Out of the top 5 leagues according to UEFA rankings, only the EPL has a top 4 team with negative goal difference. Not even making this up, check it yourself.

Also, as much as I side with Mole's thought pattern on this subject, he should at least be happy his beloved team is 4th place in November. That by itself is a good start to the campaign. It doesn't erase Pardew of his sins but it does let you point and laugh at the other fan bases.

Like Liverpool and Arsenal...

We are 5th now tbf, Man Yoo beating Arsenal allowed them to usurp us into 4th.

I can understand what you're saying but it's hard to ignore everything on the back of a decent run. The catalogue of black marks is just too big.

Especially when above all else I know we can do better as it attains to entertainment, player development and getting the best from our best players.

He's a problem because of numerous different reasons, no amount of good results will change that.

I know everyone likes to ignore bad results and get hyped over good results while ignoring the real issues but it's a bit ridiculous.
