I don't know man, at Chelsea he wasn't bad until he got injured in the 6-0 trashing against Arsenal and since Mou desperately rushed him against PSG when we needed to comeback he looked shit. Don't know how's been doing at Everton aside from his goal against us, but letting him go after 6 months is not a good sign.

Galliani really is a visionary. He's been racking up old finished/rejects from other teams before anyone else and now every single Serie A team is trying to keep up and emulating him. Avant-garde.

I am watching the replay of inter vs genoa here and Maxime lestienne has stood out for me as a real talent. Has anybody followed his career or knows of his reputation etc? no wonder genoa are doing well int he league with him and perotti on the wings, probably the only reason matri has scored so many this term

Lestienne was hyped to his arrival in Genoa for his very promising leagues played with Bruges and I fell in trap because I signed him in my fantacalcio But he was enough shite so far tbh . The match  against Inter was his best match by a mile, and infact he was close to score too .  We played a great first half, it was the best seasonal Inter, but we dropped in 2nd half ( Inter is this : or it plays well just 1st half, or just the 2nd half. For example we played only the 2nd half against Juve ) and luckily we had the best Vidic seen this year ( personally  further convinced he was ruined by  Mazzarri's defensive 3 system and still our best defender imo.)

 basically at beginning of season most ppl  had good expectations about Lestienne (maybe because of Mertens, another Belgian) and most ppl underrated Perotti . But Perotti was the real key of this Genoa. He is the Genoa . After his ban Genoa has dropped , never won a match , it lost 2 matches and tied 1 .  .

Genoa might be a serious pretender for EL places if they hadn't that clown of Preziosi.
Every year Preziosi must upset his team in January.
He gave Pinilla to Atalanta on loan and now they need of a CF after Matri ' s injury

Yes it might be indeed. Even Zidane had difficulties in his first 2 months

I think Genoa will get Osvaldo , no chances to stay at Inter for him according Sky .
Or Borriello , as always . Every January Borriello goes in that club , it'd be his 3th return in Genoa lol

He played mostly in EL either as a RB or right sided CB in a 3man defense and has been a back-up so far in Serie A.

I remind  Gazzetta ( so Laudisa, he is the Gazzetta dello Sport's expert about mercato, it is the equivalent of Di Marzio for Sky) guessed more rumours than all in transfer window 2014. For example as Interista I can remind the fact thatr he was the first to talk about Hernanes .
Or it was the first to report Balotelli to Milan too..
in last summer window Laudisa' s reputation is a bit fallen because he tweeted every day " Juve - Falcao " etc and so he was made fun for it
But anyway , basicaly he is legit and reliable.
This because Gazzetta is well informed about Italian clubs , more than every other Italian newspaper , for example it was the first to report the news about Inter will sell Osvaldo in this January because he hs broken with club
