What facts? Canelo has been fighting at 154 forever now. He barely even make that weight now. Is it not a fact Josesito Lopez was a journeyman scrub that he brought up to 154, and he's never fought at that weight again? Not even sure what the second line is supposed to mean.

Thurman, Matthysse, maybe even Maidana and Providnkov are p4p harder punchers.

Walters, El Chocolatito in the lower in divisions.

GGG is forgotten here, he is right up there p4p, although if I were to single one guy out i'd probably go for Lucas.

You said he is "finally" fighting guys his own size, as if he should have been since the start. That is not true?

Now there is no argument about what weight he is and should be fighting at, but when he was younger he was fighting at super Welter. And why not? He was still growing, thats what weight class was right for him.

Second line? Trout and Lara have been fighting at light middleweight/middleweight for practically their entire careers. Alot longer than Canelo. Thats all.

No, not pound for pound..who actually hits harder? That was the question. Matthysee I agree, Maidana I probably agree.

Provo? Why? Who he KO? He puts people down through accumlation and fatigue, but I dont see one punch power better than Canelo.

Thurman? Why? Because he put down Karass and other scrubs? lol

Why shouldn't he fight guys his own size lol? Obviously you're not going to put him with guys of that skill level, but they should at least have put him with guys his own size. Anyway, the fights he chooses aren't a problem anymore, he's probably going to fight cotto next, which is what the fans want.

Thurman? Why? Because he put down Karass and other scrubs? lol
I guess that's what i see in Canelo.

I just hope Canelo vs GGG happens next year, especially if Canelo beats Cotto.

Because its a myth to me that he wasnt. When he was young, he was fighting at the right weight...as he got older he has moved up because as I said, still growing and became too big for WW.

Canelo knocked out Baldimir as I said, someone who never been knocked out before.

Canelo vs GGG now that is a fight I'd love to watch not sure what the likelihood of that getting made is though.

Ruslan punch power is good but not great imo, although that guy p4p is like the toughest guy and steel chin. Absolute monster.

Broner v Porter announced. Intresting fight, a real test for Broner here.

Since Broner has returned from the Maidana fight, he is living up to the talent and fighting well. But Porter is a hard working bruiser of a fight, he will make this real uncomfortable.

Fighting at 145 catchweight, Porter has to come down a bit but being the naturally bigger man I think this fight still favours him. I go with Porter in this but if Broner wins this, I will be truly impressed.

No work tomorrow, might watch. Obivously expect a Khan win, cant see how he beats Khan. No power, relies on boxing ability.

Sluggish 1st round by Khan. Algieri looks really focused and got him with a good hook.

But khan just edged it. Maybe tie

Think Khan is having problems with Algieri's height lol. Wouldn't expect someone to be bigger than him. Judah was there but he is older than Khan's dad so he doesn't count.

Lol Algieri is looking for a KO. He is trying the same right hand hook time and time again. So far Khan is handling it well.

Khan's movement is fantastic. Amazing footwork.

Dare I say Khan is becoming more and more tactical with each fight. Moving towards mayweather rather than pacquiao as he was in his early days

Quite a poor Khan performance though. Looks like he can get KO any second. Took the right hook well. But he should stop dreaming about big fights at this rate.

Algieri has no power.

Khan going back to his older days and being careless.

Algieri knows he is losing this, he is gambling big time.

117-111 x2 and 115-113. Khan wins on unanimous decision.

It was one of Khan's poor performances over the career. I think if it was Kell brook instead of Algieri, Khan could have been KO 5 times at least. But the good thing is that Khan took quite few hooks and still stayed strong and didn't stutter. But I don't think Algieri's punched had any power.

However Khan outboxed him in the end.

Virgil is a world class trainer. I am glad khan changed his trainer because virgil was the reason he didn't completely lose it.

As much as khan wants mayweather, this performance doesn't warrant a fight like floyd. He needs to actually prove himself. Go fight Brook first or a rematch with Garcia and see how far you have come.

Tactically he is much smarter. But he isn't ready to face Floyd at all.

Fairplay to Algieri, never stopped trying. Had no chance against Khan at all but still gave his all.
