Aside from the goal, he appeared to have struggled quite a bit today defensively. Haven't seen much of him so I can't judge much, but he didn't really impress me in this game.

He looks better than Jenkinson, He's got a ceiling if he improves his defensive attributes.

Lad's got skill and ability.
Awareness and better decision making will come later on, no doubt. Sagna was a bit off defensively the first year or so at Arsenal also. Wenger worked him into a good defensive player, and he was our best defender at one time.
