He's like 80 and slaughtered 10 men. I don't care how good he is. You aren't taking down 10 men coming at you at once in an unknown small space.

They need to stop wasting elite sword fighters on scrubs and illnesses

Most of the reason to get excited when these different factions cross paths is to see how their key players do against each other but it's fast turning in to leader + army of generic jobbers vs leader + army of generic fodder.

I don't get why they buried the ship captain in sand and then killed him. I mean this guy comes with valuable information to sell and they torture and kill him? Did they fear he was going to find Jaime or the Lannisters and tell them the Martells know? Torturing and killing him is something Ramsay would do. I guess they are as abad as Ramsay from what we have seen from them so far. Oberyn "We do not hurt little girls in Dorne." He must be rolling in his grave.

One of my fav characters. One of the only people who knew the mad king and Rhaegar well enough. Actually made Daenaerys do the right thing when he could.

Cbb about Barristan tbh.
I don't think they showed any form of badassery on the show about him. And he hasn't featured enough to become a prominent character (like Lord Tywin) or make a big impact to edge himself into fans' hearts like Oberyn Sad

Yeah I get that he is a respected, legendary knight and all that, but that's probably better depicted in the books idk.

The show is taking a different direction from the books, they will still use source material from the books but with regards to the story, its going to diverge and might even have its own ending
