Tbf it's not just PL money, even if we ignored that we have the means to spend Tottenham and Liverpool sums every summer

We just have an owner who refuses to allow it which is why i get so pissed off it's not the only reason mind, but it's one of many.

Manchester United will make an official offer for Barcelona forward Pedro next week, reports Marca.

United have entered the race to sign the Spain international, who has also been linked with Chelsea, Liverpool and PSG, and it looks increasingly like the player will be on his way to Old Trafford.

According to Marca, United will submit a bid worth between €25m and €29m next week. This offer is likely to be accepted by Barca, who agreed to listen to any future offers in excess of €25m when Pedro signed a contract extension at the end of last season.
