Jose subbed off Willian over Pedro on debut when JT was given the red. What makes you think he won't drop Willian for Pedro?

Ivanovic will start until Jose trusts Baba, though and that could be over a year, given his feelings for Zouma.

I never said anything about Pedro, was more thinking about Oscar tbh.

Only reason he isn't starting at present is that he is injured.

I agree with that to an extent. I think Chelsea will be the only team close to City this year, but with Sterling, KdB and Otamendi added to what was already a WC team I think that City will take the title without much trouble this season. Toure with the summer off and no AFCON, Aguero and Silva healthy (in theory) and Kompany having a rebound season after last year will be pretty big for them. While Chelsea have been pretty slow out of the gate (could have easily drawn to WBA also) I could see them dropping points outside of the big match-ups this year similar to 2013/14 while City just has too much firepower.

I dunno. I just don't think they're really that good. Very suspect defence (with or without BFG and Kos) and too many players that like to force the play centrally so it's easy to set up defensively against them for a disciplined team that can also threaten them on the other end. They're no better than Liverpool/United and all three of those teams will be fighting for the 3/4/5 spot IMO.

Rumours (SSNHD) have it that Kevin Kampl will leave Borussia Dortmund for Bayer Leverkusen. Plus it seems that Bayern's Pierre-Emile Höjbjerg will join Bayer on loan.

Hans won't be happy about that

Good for Leverkusen especially if they are really losing Son. They need the depth, too.

That said it appears that Hofmann has taken Kampl's place. Mkhitaryan/Kagawa/Reus serve as 1st choice for the attacking midfielder positions and Kuba/Hofmann/Großkreutz as 2nd choice.
