yeah really, univision spent so much money to buy the rights, they cant even protect their investment, such a shame

it's a twitter clip not like the account gets any money from it, rather bogus too considering it was a highlight

i'd understand if it was a full match.

On top of that, BarcaStuff always gave credit to the host site of said clip. Not like he was saying they belonged to him

btw, a couple weeks back there were rumors we were interested in Mustafi. After last nights performance, his value probably doubled. Had Barca sealed that deal sooner we would probably already have a CB at a cheaper cost. For being one of the best clubs in the world we really do suck an insane amount of balls in the transfer market. It's mind boggling lol

We are apparently very close to closing a deal on Umtiti for around € 30M.

If we can recoup half of the transfer fee by selling Mascherano and replace him with a young, talented defender that would actually be some good business for once.

I remember he was decent every time I watched him, but he's been playing in the french league and hasn't really ever garnered the attention from top clubs you would expect, especially given his age. Going for a high risk high reward move I see, maybe it will work out.

He is highly mobile.

Pogba appears to be going to Madrid.
It is interesting how many players they have who openly angled for a move here first and then went there when we didnt show interest(or in the case of Pogba dont have money).
Half their starting eleven must have angled for a move here.

idk, that whole Pogba thing is still a rumor at this point. But yea, it appears that if Pogba moves its for Madrid. No worries, we will end up with a old Sevilla player soon, I have faith in Lucho.

i don't think anything with pogba is offical yet, his agent keeps bringing up different clubs etc.

idk if i'd even want him, too expensive and midfield isn't exactly something we're in dire need right now, he's going for what neymar's buyout clause is which is crazy..

mathiue to leave then?? a purchase of one more cb and we'll have enough depth for the position.

still need a backup LB, a rightback (backup for aleix or starter who knows)

edit: now that i think about it i wouldn't be too far fetched for us to keep mathieu as a 5th backup centerback and first option backup to alba. (not that i think it's a great option but it's free i guess?)

I think the train of thought here is that Umiti is the new back up CB and LB. They mark him up as a Abidal type that can play both positions.

So Bartra out, possibly Adriano = replaced with Umiti.

Also seems like Sandro is headed to Malaga, and we MIGHT sign Gabriel Jesus to replace him.

Also Denis Suarez is all but done.

If these moves happen, I wouldn't even be mad. That would leave us with still allot of the rumored chest we have to work with, with the entire summer still ahead of us.

Looks like BarcaStuff got suspended again, and someone created a fake paradoy account under the same name to prevent BarcaStuff from having that name anymore when it gets reactivated.

So is there consensus that Umtiti is legit? Looking only at his wiki page it seems that he is considered a strong option for the French team (where the CB is highly competitive) and can play lb and cm. How are his ball skills?

from my understanding he is great for french league, and very young so he can improve, i like the transfer personally 30m doesn't sound like too much considering how much other people go for these days and he is young..

so 30m on a youngster is not too bad lol.

Considering he has never been called up for French national team, I'd wonder if he is really any good. Jallet and Clichy aren't exactly great defenders and Evra's legs are gone.

He is part of the euro team. Granted half their CBs had to get injured before he was called up, but France has a lot of depth in that position, possibly more than anyone else in the world.
